1. Project Milestones: Refund eligibility is evaluated based on project milestones completed at the time of request. Work already delivered and accepted cannot be refunded.

2. Cancellation Before Work Begins: If a project is cancelled before any work has commenced, a full refund of any advance payment will be issued within 14 business days.

3. Cancellation During Active Project: If a project is cancelled after work has begun, refunds will be calculated proportionally based on completed milestones. A 20% administrative fee may apply.

4. Dissatisfaction with Deliverables: If you are dissatisfied with delivered work, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will attempt to resolve the issue through revisions. If resolution is not possible, a partial refund may be negotiated.

5. Non-Refundable Items: Domain registrations, third-party license fees, and hosting payments are non-refundable once processed.

3. Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for custom work are transferred to the client. NorthQuantixLabs retains the right to display completed work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed.

4. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement.

5. Limitation of Liability: NorthQuantixLabs' total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or infrastructure failures.

7. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, España.

8. Modifications: NorthQuantixLabs reserves the right to update these Terms. Clients will be notified of material changes via email.
